Q? What should I do in a plumbing emergency?

A. You should call an emergency plumber. There is a difference between plumbers and emergency plumbers. Although they go through the same basic training and qualifications emergency plumbers have progressed beyond installing plumbing systems in empty houses and opted for the more challenging task of emergency plumbing. To be an emergency plumber you require excellent diagnostic skills, social skills and the ability to work in very confined spaces.

Q? Do you do non emergency plumbing? I always find it difficult to find a plumber.

A? Yes. We are always happy to do plumbing installation work. We can fit new bathrooms & cloakrooms. We can plumb in new dish washers & washing machines. We can install new drainage systems. We can add new radiators or even replumb the entire house if required.

Q? Can you fix leaking lead pipes?

A. Yes we can. Many plumbers refuse to work on lead watermains. We welcome the task.
